Our riding school is open for lessons Monday to Saturday offering group, private and semi private sessions. All new riders start with a private lesson for assessment.
We have a wide variety of horses and ponies to accommodate all standard of rider.
We welcome adults of all ages, confidence levels and abilities and offer riding lessons to children from 4 years as well as 15 minute 'Tiny Tot' rides strictly for 3 year olds.
With our horses' best interests in mind we have a maximum weight limit of 13 stone (82.5 kilos) for all riders.

Group lessons Group lessons are an hour long and run at set times every week with between 6 to 8 riders of similar ability. We do our best to accommodate requests for alternative times where possible and start new groups in line with demand.
Semi-private lessons Semi-private lessons can be arranged at a mutually convenient time. Semi-private lessons are ideal for families or friends ( of 2 to 4 riders) that would like to ride as a group.
Tiny tot rides Tiny Tot Rides are a perfect way to introduce three year olds to horse riding in a secure and friendly setting. Fifteen minute rides on one of our smallest ponies gets each child used to being in the saddle and holding the reins which stands our tiniest jockeys in good stead for developing their riding skills. Once they have reached their 4th birthday they can start having “proper” lessons.
ALL riders are required to wear a hard hat which meets the current safety standards. You are able to hire hats from us at £1 per hat
Lesson Cancellation Policy as of 1/9/18 Group Lessons cancelled will be charged £5 cancellation fee if less than 72 hours before lesson slot. If cancelled less than 24 hours before lesson slot, full lesson price will be charged. Private and semi private lessons, less than 48 hours notice full less price will be charged.
